Does the AI set my prices?
No. You set your service menu and prices once — the AI only recommends from your list and drafts a range. You approve every estimate before it's sent.
Photos hide swirls, pet hair, and stains. How is this accurate?
That's exactly why ShineQuote quotes ranges, not fake-precise numbers. Anything the photos can't show gets flagged 'verify on-site' and every estimate carries a final-price-confirmed-on-site disclaimer — the way good detailers already quote.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They get a link by text. It opens in their browser — estimate, Accept button, invoice, card payment.
Do you take a cut of my customers' payments?
No. Card payments run through your own Stripe account and go straight to your bank. Only Stripe's standard card-processing fee applies — the same rate as any card reader. ShineQuote makes money on the subscription, nothing else.
When do I actually get the money?
Stripe deposits card payments to your bank account. Your first payout takes 7–14 days while Stripe verifies your new account — every payment platform does this — then it's about 2 business days ongoing. Cash, Zelle, and Venmo you keep instantly; the app just records them.
What does it cost?
Your first 10 estimates are free, no card required. After that it's $29/mo — and the first 50 detailers lock in $15/mo for life.
